Julien had to borrow a Pokemon to ride, and he was certainly unbalanced in riding on. He wondered how Gabriel could ride one with ease given his size, since Julien was tall and muscular as well.

Maybe he'd have to ask him to teach him horse riding. At this rate, he felt like he was going to break the Ponyta's back.

Rarely did Julien let someone order him around so bluntly. However, with the task in front of him, he followed suit. His Lucario and Blaziken were not suitable herders like the Pyroars that Gabriel brought along, but they would be handy if needed in combat.

The autumn sun falling down on them made him wonder if he was going to get something akin to a farmer's tan as they road along.

Julien noticed the herd ahead.

"They afraid of your Pyroars?" Or was there a danger that they hadn't sensed yet.

He looked behind him, scanning for potential danger.

He wondered if there was some version of Julien in a multiverse that did this sort of thing. Farming, herding, the like. Instead of killing, thieving, and so on.

It was kind of nice.

"I got a Lucario and Blaziken. Not sure how effective they'd be at herding, but they'd be good at fending off predators."

Julien gave a grunt, tugging his Ponyta away from Gabriel's.

"Alright. I'll let you know if we find something in particular."

He took off to the edge of the area, letting out his Lucario and Blaziken to walk alongside him. So far, it seemed that the area was clear.
